Good thing I took pics, I haven't lost more than like 4 lbs. I wouldn't feel like much has changed if I didnt have the pics to prove it to myself!

I wasn't losing any weight for weeks but then I upped my calories a bit, I lost 2 lbs that week! I know everyone is different, but I would give it a shot. I looked into it before I did it and it seems like it does work for a lot of people.

So I commented on your post yesterday saying that I've bumped up my calories to 1600 a day from 1200. I just checked by diary, I've been doing this for 4 days and when i weighed in this morning I lost 2lbs!! You should definitely give it a try! I hadn't lost anything in like 6 months! I'm interested to see how it works out…

I know what you mean! Im having the same issue...I'm interested to see what people say! I know that I've read a lot about bumping up your calories a little bit. I was eating about 1200 daily but for the past 3 days I've been eating 1600 and i have actually lost .5lbs. So, I'm going to continue doing that and see if it…

Haha yes!! It is definitely possible but its hard to say no to those sweet treats when you get the munchies!! But as someone else said, it really is all about willpower! ;)

I lost 17 lbs doing that Jillian dvd along with about 45 minutes on the elliptical, 5 days a week. I ate about 1200 calories a day, a little more some days since I was burning a lot of calories. You may not lose the 30lbs but even 10 or 15lbs make a big difference, I went down 2 sizes!! Good luck!!
