  • UPDATE: I took the Phentermine & Topamax for about 2 months and dropped the Topamax and took just the Phentermine. Two months later, I dropped that too.   • Thanks so much for all the great advice! I think I will try it and see how it goes, and watch extra carefully how it effects me. I am going to also watch my diet carefully. Since having my last baby I am allergic to most fruit and some vegetables - and most meat makes me feel sick, so my diet is quite limited. Thanks again…
