I am about that height, and I started at about 175. My goal was to lose 30 pounds...so I guess that makes my goal weight about 145. I am past half way there and already thrilled that clothes fit more comfortably. I am not looking to be a model, just be more comfortable in my own skin.

Thanks...this makes sense and could explain my recent plateau...moving more than ever...not necessarily racing, etc., but moving a lot more...and the scale needle is NOT MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. My MFP's will not let me quit. And, I AM eating back the calories spent most days. Will look for some scale victories again…
