a little off topic but you mention Ezekial bread ... I read a diet book based on blood type and it mentioned I as type O+ blood type should eat that type of bread ... but I did not like it ... the texture seems to be off to me ... maybe the cinnamon raisin English muffin would work as I wouldn't expect it to be like real…

I am with ... I am going for it again .... this time I gained weight after having a baby at age 41 .... I am now 46 and I am ready to get my body back ... I have about 15 pounds to lose ... which I have been trying to lose for a long time ... I hope tracking will help and keep me motivated.
