If you're not hungry, don't eat. It seems silly to eat that much just because it was suggested. If you don't want to gain weight, I would just eat until you're comfortable....

A few more today. I only have to run 1.77 miles a day for the rest of the month to make my goal. Or four days at 3.11. I think I got this!!

I have pretty much quit watching them except for Saturday mornings, and that's only if I'm not busy. The only shows ever on after work are Triple D (and who doesn't get sick of his shouting??) or chopped. Continuously, the whole night. Lame.

Struggling this month to make my goal. Have another busy weekend ahead of me on top of my knees hurting for some dang reason. They don't hurt when I run at least.........

Artificial sweeteners wreak havoc on me. I can't even chew gum because it upsets my stomach.

Interval run today. 8 mph for 1 minute, 6 mph for 30 seconds. 6 rounds. I have a hard time with this one.

I don't think I'm going to make my 35 this month. I was all out of wack last week. Hopefully this week goes better and I continue to get some sleep. We'll see.

I have a question for you runners out there. :) I wake up at 5:20 and get to the gym by 6:00 most mornings to run. I am constantly seeing that I should be eating before I run, but then I'd have to get up even earlier and go to bed even earlier. What are your thoughts on this? I'm usually running between 3 and 4 miles.…

I freeze them and then just reheat them from frozen when I want them. Works fine. :)
