How do you hydrate before a morning race?
I am running a 10k at 8 am tomorrow. I typically drink about 130 ounces of water a day. The high is supposed to be 80 tomorrow, so I'm sure it will be cooler at 8am. Without getting up at some ridiculous time, how would you suggest I hydrate? I think there are 4 water stops along the way.
