I think you just made a big step! I do the same thing, I read labels and decide whether the calories/crappy ingredients are worth it. 99% of the time I put the item back on the shelf (it's usually too expensive also). Remember a small treat every now and then isn't going to ruin your diet. :smiley:

So I ran today, but was saddened to see that I accidentally added my June 30th run to my total yesterday. So I have nothing new to add today. :/

Not a bad start to July. Ran my 10k on the 4th at 1:04. For not being at all prepared, I didn't think that was too shabby.

Put me down for 40. I plan on being in the country all month. If the flies and mosquitoes don't drive me crazy I should be able to make this!

Chilly morning run.

Finally got some new shoes and got a couple miles in. Obviously not going to make my goal.

One measly mile today. I may not make goal this month. Too many things are hurting and I would like them to get better so I can enjoy running in the nice weather.

Added a couple last night. Things are not going well for me.

I let them dry out but that is it. They usually end up in my gym bag since my hair is wet when I leave and I'm not about to deal with that mess. They stretch out so fast and become worthless, that I don't worry about washing them.

1 mile warm up. Maybe I'll do more tonight.
