  • Not a doctor but I've been there, to the point of blood transfusions in the ICU and large bags of iron via IV, and it's no fun at all. Get the supplements that say Ferrous Iron because that absorbs best (not ferric iron). You might even find some that say non-irritating but check the mg dosage. You need about 45mg a day…
  • Perhaps it comes from somewhere close to where many get their misinformation about low-carb lifestyles. I'd be swell if people actually knew what they were talking about before forming an opinion, and then running their mouths to misinform and judge others.
  • There are better ways to get your point across without insulting the dietary choices of others.
