  • "It's the calories you eat, not when you eat" is almost always true. In my case, I couldn't meet my last little bit of goals without adding "when" to the "what". I did the no food after 7ish thing for about a month and met a goal I worked on for nearly 6 months. Up until those last bits of BF%, it didn't matter one bit…
