Apples used to make me hungry, but when I upped my daily protein intake I'm pretty satisfied all day and can make it form meal to meal without feeling starving. Upping my protein was one of the best decisions I've made for my lifestyle (as well as reallllly cutting down on processed grains)

You will definitely get a lot of different opinions on this question. I aim for 1,200 calories a day, but if I do cardio, I tend to only eat back about half.... therefore I am under 1,200 calorie NET. If I'm hungry, I eat, if I'm not, I don't. I go over every once and a while because I'm doing 1,200 calories a day. I know that if I go over 100 I will still be alright. I don't usually plan on it or see it as a safety net, but I don't beat myself up over it.

I work out right after I get out of work... and I do have makeup on. However if it sweats off or smudges I don't care haha - I don't put too much on anyway.

Sadly I lose consistently when I am on a 1,200-1,400 calories a day. I also only eat back half of my workout calories max. I do wish I could eat more, but it looks like my body doesn't want to do it that way haha.

I'm set at 1,200 losing 2 lbs a week. If I eat over by 100, I don't care haha. I went over by 35 calories today by eating Kale chips. I'm I concerned? Not really haha.

Hi! I just moved to Houston from New Hampshire to do research before I go to med school (hopefully in Houston!). It's definitely very different here, but I'm liking it so far. I will say though, there is no way I am going out for runs in the summer haha.

164 and I'm a size 12. I gained about 20 pounds back after I graduated and moved to Texas (very stressful) and so I'm working on getting back on the horse and I've lost about 8 so far. Peanut butter... not the natural kind. Everyone says that peanut butter is a good source of protein, but I have always over-eaten it (comfort food), but the natural kind is what's best and only in moderation... bummer.

My range is 114-150. I've never even thought to shoot for 114, I would probably look horrible. I also know that 150 isn't too bad, but i would definitely like to keep losing from there. The range that i think is best for me is between 130 and 140.

I just taught myself how to poach an egg and it's by far my favorite, and since there aren't any oils or butter it's probably one of the healthiest ways to eat them.

Hi! I'm 22, I started at around 180 (it might have been 185...) and I'm back down to 166. I was 150 for a while, but after a stressful move across the country after I graduated from college I gained 15-20 back and I'm on track again. My goal weight is 130, but if I like how I look at 140 I may just stay there.
