I honestly say "whoops" and continue on like normal. If I try to limit my calories the next day then I am just getting off my habit more than I already have. Mess ups happen, but I think the best thing to do is go on like normal and forgive yourself (as long as it isn't a regular thing).

I know it can be tough, and sometimes at college I am caught off guard and don't expect to be up as late as I am. If I think I might be up later I will save calories for later (move my mid-morning snack to after dinner snack) or I will push dinner back as late as I can. Otherwise I will just drink water.

Yeah... I gained 5 haha. But it happened to my last year too and I got right back on track. It's also the addition of Finals week, which is always horrible.

For me it was the combination of having my tight jeans, and realizing that my favorite store didn't go any higher in size. I also hated how tight my jeans were getting, especially sitting in the car and driving. I didn't really like how they bit into my stomach haha.

My mom has lost 94 pounds and eats swordfish about once a week. I think it's fine hahaha.

I tried Atkins two years ago. It definitely was a horrible decision for me. I'm sure that it has worked for other people, but my body hated it. I lost a little weight, but put it right back on.
