  • Thanks. That was helpful. I dont think the heavy activity reading would be accurate and the light activity seems a little low. I guess I will just log it as the light activity so I dont wind up giving myself a bunch of extra calories that I didnt actually burn.

  • If you set your calories at 1200 but are burning a minimum of 400 calories a day you need to actually consume a minimum of 1600 calories as long as you are exercising. A daily limit of 1200 is ok as long as you are not burning off those calories.
