From what I looked into around 2-3 weeks into Insanity people have said that they lose their gain and then some......so here's hoping! Thank you lovely :)

Thank hun! Really helpful, I had heard about a temp gain during insanity so I'm hoping by the next fitness test on day 15 some may have gone

I'm going to really try and do it again! I need to stop expecting it to drop off like everyone else's seems to have. I'm on day 8 of Insanity at the moment and my weight has still gone up :ohwell:

That'd be great and way to go on starting it :smile: I tried the fitness test briefly last night and think I may do it again tonight and actually count lol. I'm just a bit concerned that if i do this and then go to something less intense i might gain inches and lbs back.....what do you think?

I've been smoke free for a year and half, i wish i would of saved up all the money i used to "burn"............damn!:grumble: :tongue: EDIT: just to boost myself up a bit i also just went cold turkey after about 5 years of smoking 10-20 a day :bigsmile:

I need new scales! Mine say I weigh a lot less on tile in the bathroom yet they're more or less around the right mark on my carpet :S I don't know why mine are so messed up! Uneven flooring I've heard can mess the readings up too?

I have no pictures but mine have faded a little it really just depends, every body is different. I was in the same boat as you though, 38 weeks I had a few but not many then BAM as soon as I had her I was covered in them :(

I've tried the 30 day shred and just couldn't stick to it, I found it boring and repetitive. Plus it was on my laptop which annoys me, I kept having to move my laptop to the fire then the floor etc, but thank you :)

I think you look great the way you are :) sod anyone else they are probably just jealous. Your my height and at the goal I want to be and if i can look half as good as you when i get there i'd ignore everyone else and be very happy :smile:

Was that combined with other workouts or did you do it alone? I might give it a shot, if I did them alone I'm not sure how many + reps I should do to see the effect?

How long did it take to see an improvement? I'm not in a rush just curious. :smile: Squats and lunges to me are the devil lol on killer buns and thighs the combo hurt like hell the first time I did it

5'4 and a half 148lbs (10.8st) Size UK 12 tops Size UK 14 bottom. Haven't a clue what they are in the US :smile:
