He is currently doing Insanity again after a long break from working out at all followed by 15-20 minutes of sit ups, push ups, squats, lunges and about 20-25 minutes lifting weights (all at home) He has 2 protein shakes a day. HRM frustration!
I am soooo annoyed my Polar FT4 kept messing up and my HR "dropped" rapidly every time I got to the floor to work on my abs. Getting bored of Insanity
So I'm on day 19...I think. So far I've lost a couple of pound and maybe 0.25-0.75 inches on my waist, hips and thighs :ohwell: I really don't know what to do! I just want to give up. :grumble:

Hey so I'm on the lower side of 150lbs maybe less and started Insanity 10 days ago. Just looking to see any progress stats or pictures of people on the heavier side as all I've seen with searching is people with a lower body weight and just toning up :smile: Thank you! Bit of a rant!
I am incredibly pissed off with myself! 2 weeks before Christmas I'd got down from 157 - 146 in 3 months!!! ..........And put it all back on within 3 weeks and it is NOT shifting! I am so angry with myself! It is just like when I was pregnant I thought f**k it I'll eat what I want as much as I want and worry about it later…

Womens Insanity results who are 140lbs+
So trying to be patient and look through older topics I've failed because all I really saw were women who started at (what I would call) low weights and just lost inches and toned up. I'm interested to hear from and even see result pictures from women who did this at 140lbs+ :smile:
