Help please. What should I log this as...

I just did Bob Harper's Beginner's Weight Loss Transformation and I don't know if to log it as circuit training or not.....
Also while I'm here if I was to do his Pure Burn Strength should I assume to log it as strength (probably a REALLY dumb question that one ha)
