Sorry, in shifting the weight! I know I will always have a tendency to put weight on in that area but if I could just see a bit of positive progress it would really buck me up.

Lower belly. I hate it and feel really despondent as I am eating healthily and exercising but it won't budge. Is there anyone out there with the same problem but experience of success is shifting the fat?
