I was getting so hooked on my diet cokes, and I made it all week without drinking one! I noticed I haven't felt bloated once, no indigestion, no…

You know that old saying " a watched pot never boils"? the same thing applies to the scale. Weighing yourself everyday wont do anything except make you anxious! You have lose 5.5 inches - that is GREAT!! Also, like some have said, if you are just doing weight training, then it is no wonder - your body is building muscle!…

This time round I have tried setting myself small weekly goals to work towards, and help my feel like I am making small accomplishments each week, even if the scale doesn't blow my mind :-) This weeks goal…

Thank you! I was feeling really pathetic for not really being able to keep up. I was surprised how hard the push ups were for me ( apparently all my upper body strength has disappeared!) and how exhausted I was - I couldn't even finish the last few exercises.

Can I join in? I just realized today that I had this dvd (unopened - embarrassing!) on my shelf, and it's probably been there a couple years LOL I did my first day today, and found it really tough ( I am really out of shape) but I figure doing as best I can is better than doing nothing, right?
