I'd love to try for this! My birthday was my original goal (June 10th) so I'd love some more motivation!

I have my own jewellery business named Bella-Bijou - so yeah, not very creative but was easy to remember at the time lol.

Also, keep in mind, if it is your hubby's HRM, then it will be set up for his body weight/height/age etc, not yours. That could change things...
-
Yes the more supportive friends the better, thanks!

Yes. As mentioned, here there is no basis for the calorie burn the MFP gives you, its a generally estimate. With your HRM it is calculated with your age, weight, and your actual heart rate. I LOVE mine, I find it so motivational when I am at the gym!

Thank you!! Looks like we have some very similar goals!

I am new to this group and could really use some help getting back on track. I did so well for months, and now I feel I am right back into my binge eating and sneaking bad foods :-(

Thanks for all the ideas and links! I love Sushi, and eat it frequently. I don't eat eggs or avocado, but I could definitely adapt some of those ideas. Off to check out those links - thank you!!

Actually, that is me - all the women in my family have naturally very narrow hips. Since I gain most of my weight in my middle, it is most definitely wider than my hips ( for now anyways!)

WOW you both look amazing and have done so well! How wonderful you two could do it together!

There are probably a gazillion and one things I hate/don't eat, but these things are the top of the list: Peanut Butter - never have liked it, never will, the small alone makes me wanna hurl Mayonnaise - same reason as above Eggs- they just creep me out. I am fine with eating things that have eggs in the ingredients ( like…

Yep you have to keep pushing forward. And remind yourself not to let holidays get the best of you (ie "its ok to eat what I want it is a special occasion" and other excuses). Bump up the activity this next week and let the past be the past.

wow you have come so far - congrats on all that hard work paying off!!

WOW you have done so well - congrats!

I'd love some new friends - feel free to add me ( that goes for anyone who is serious about losing and wants motivation and support!)

Wow, that is so inspiring! Good for you!

I don't count it ( I work on my feet for 8 hours a day) I figure that factors into my lifestyle, and that movement certainly wasn't helping me lose any weight before. The only time I really factor in something other than a gym session or workout is if I am on a walk, doing a major house clean ( ie actually working up a…

I just ordered my FT4 the other day, I can't wait to get it!

FIrst off - CONGRATS! That is an amazing loss! I have done WW a few times, but never had much success after they switched to the Points+ program. I LOVE MFP. Not only is the food database way better (blows WW online out of the water) but when I log my food in it tallys everything for me ( calories, fat, protein, carbs,…

Great, now I just wish they were a little easier to find in Canada! Amazon.ca wants about $125 for one before shipping, and I bet Amazon.com will charge me an arm and a leg to ship up to Vancouver.

Ahh ok, that makes sense! So I am assuming you have to wear the watch and the chest strap at the same time ? ( see how clueless I am ? lol)
