I got a great tip for frozen grapes at a Weight Watchers meeting a year or so ago: Grape "Gummies" Grapes Sugar Free Jello (any flavor) Sprinkle the jello packet in a bag and add grapes. Shake! Freeze and enjoy!

I believe men get 9 extra points per day. If you send me a private message I can look at my old week 1 book and figure out the mens daily allowance points! I was a lifetime member on the old Points program, but had ZERO success on pointsplus! Glad to know I was not the only one who LOVED points and HATES pointsplus! I

JayTee - Gosh...I HATE tuna! I am shocked more people didn't respond. I grew up eating casseroles! I have a recipe for a broccoli and rice casserole that is a tasty side too if you want that!

envyme75 - not sure on the calories...i haven't made it since being active on MFP. I used to do WW and it was a very point friendly casserole. You can also use 1 cup of reduced fat-low fat sour cream instead of one of the cans of soup to lower sodium calories!

I used packaged bread crumbs (the italian seasoned ones) because I am lazy! :) It also makes 'extra' sauce which is likely where all the sodium is so my guess is that it is less. Let me know how you like it! I am making it this weekend!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Condiments! I have favorites at all my restaurants. I agree with the previous posters that sometimes I like the condiments more than the food. When I have conversations with people about restaurants, I find I always talk about the sauces/dips/etc. before the food! :) Glad I am not alone!
