Do you weigh your food? I think the first step would be to weight every single item (down to the onion added to a salad) to make sure you are recording correctly :) If you are guessing the weights, then your calorie count would be off.

LMAO! That is so me with my 6 year old and 4 year old ... I'm dying and they want to go jump on the tramp after a session of pure cardio! My 2 year old just thinks it's funny to try to get in my way!

I'm in QLD ;) We are actually kind of lucky in that in Australia we still get a decent amount of sun even in winter when it's a bit colder. Ostelin do a vitamin d supplement which is around $12 for a two month supply at Chemist Warehouse. Maybe every sunny day even if it's a bit cold chuck your uggies on and some trackies…
