Hey! I'm 160 and 5'6" and my first goal is 145, but I think my overall goal is 130-140 so I'm in!! I could totally use some motivation to get me moving! So far I've only lost 3 lbs.

Hi! Try taking an adult beginner ballet class! I tried that a couple years ago and it was REALLY effective! You use your own body weight as resistance and most of the moves involve muscle flex/stretch combo. You'll definitely work up a sweat! Pilates and yoga area also really great options too!

I'm not full busted myself but I have a friend who is. She buys her sports bras at Target (Champion i think) and she says they work great! Her tip is to buy two and make one a medium (a lil on the snug side) and your normal size over it. HTH

I eat tofu in Korean dishes! Really easy to make and super tasty!!! Check out spicy tofu soup (doenjang jjigae) with onions and zucchini. It took me less than 30 min to make and it's sooo yummy.
