I'm an E or an F. Depending on where you live, I HIGHLY recommend going to a store called intamacy ( http://myintamacy.com/ ). The sports bra I ultimately decided on was by a company called Freya http://www.freyalingerie.com/active.aspx I wore it through several half marathons and had no issues! Best of luck!
