If it helps there is a quote I saw on another post that I thought was pretty cool... "Food is not your enemy, it is your best friend. You are just spending too much time together." I realize this is a simple answer to a not so simple problem, but maybe it would help if you start to view food this way. Its good to enjoy…

I used to eat them all back and enjoy every bite. Lately though I have only been eating about half of them back. You should just feel it out and see what works best for you.

You don't look bad at all! You're very pretty!

Lost 53 lbs in 4.5 months...its possible :)

What helped me was starting by focusing on my diet only. Calories in vs. calories out is the most important part of losing weight (if not everything). Also, for me, it was much less daunting to decide to watch my calories than it was to decide to go to the gym 4 times a week! Just log everything you eat on MFP and follow…

I actually save most of my calories for my dinner and late evening snack (9-10). I have lost 53 pounds since February ;)

I don't know about Insanity, but that's how I was when I first started P90X. I felt like I was going to puke after the first workout. After a couple of weeks though I was able to make it all the way through and after a few more weeks I was able to keep up with the pace too. Just hang in there!

Very good point!

I think it depends on how much of a S/O it is. If it is your spouse then, NO! When you're married your body doesn't just belong to you anymore so any kind of decision like that you should both agree on.

Great job!

My wife and I went indoor rock climbing for the first time on our anniversary. It was fun and different than what we usually do. Maybe try to find some kind of sporting activity that you haven't done before and just go for it!
