Ok, trying out again after some suggestions how to do it. LOL. I have 6 kids, oldest is 17 and youngest is 16 months old. Yes, we moms can have some abs :blushing:

Ok, hopefully this works. I am a mom of 6 kids. I am a living proof that moms CAN have abs :-D http://i39.tinypic.com/dnziwg.jpg[/IMG]

It definitely is possible. I have 6 children, my youngest is 16 months. My pics you can see in my profile as well

I know fthat if you would ad some cardio to your routine, You would lose some of the fat that you carry with you and that would tighten you up even more. Worked for me, I had 6 children and was fit, but through the fat collected during the pregnancies you couldnt see the muscle. I do cardio if I can direct after weight…

definitely protein shakes. I have up to 3 a day. Or you would have to eat so much chicken or fish to get your protein high, LOL. There are protein shakes which don;t have carbs in it and are relatively low on cals if you consider how much protein they have. You have to protect your muscle, esp if you are in deficit, and…

I am 38, have 6 kids. After my 6th child my BF was 28%, that was 16 months ago, now I am at 17%. I work out hard, but what cut seriously my BF was low carb high protein diet. Would not do it different way, the fat was just melting off me.

you need to redue your pantry. Go in and get rid of everything what is unhealthy. Go grocerie shopping for vegetables, whole grain, lean meats and protein bars, which usually satisfy your sweet tooth. That way you cannot get tempted even when you are at home. And start taking daily walks. Good luck and I know that you can…

insanity is great, it will get you in good cardiovascular shape. You don't need equipment, you are using free weights. It is a extreme HIIT workout, and you do a lots of push ups, burpees and stuff like that. I love it, did it several times, now I am using it as a supplement workout to my weight lifting
-
^^^^^ agree with this. I am a HIIT junkie and I would do 50/10 for about 40 min. But I also do a steady cardio for 60 min and the burn would be about the same. It just depends on how much time you have to exercise, you should do both.
-
if you would eat a lots of protein, that would supress your appetite. So it is kind of natural, since it is food, LOL
-
did you try the french twist? I think you can do that with shoulder lenght hair. Give it a try, it looks great
-
for me works best the low carb high protein. I started out with Atkins, and now I am kind of between maintaince and keto for over year. Love it
-
peanut butter
-
fat. Beef jerky's if you eat it too much are high on cholesterol ( don't get me wronk, I love them), shakes usually are not, plus have some other vitamins and minerals in it. Esp if you take whey protein which has all the Lcreatine, lglutamin, etc in it to build lean muscle. Other wise, enjoy your jerky. LOL
-
even though it is healthy, peanut butter and nuts. love both, but they are very high in cals, so ihave to be careful with it:grumble: oh yea, and wine :drinker:

If you are really serious about your nutrution, you should not eat cereal. If you read the labels, even the "healthy" cereal have too many sugars and carbs. You should eat oatmeal instead, unless you are on low carb diet
-
sure, I am mom of 6, so I know how that is. Feel free to ad me, if you want :-D
-
you can ad me if you wish :-D . I am a mom of 6 and need sometimes motivation as well
-
my maintenance for me is 1550, I am 5'6". And it seems about right. Even though I am not losing much if I eat less either. But, I am not trying to lose, and I am not a big eater either, so I am fine with it
-
abs are being made in the kitchen. To lose belly fat you need to get into cal deficit, since you cannot do spot reducing, do core strenghtening exercises, but if you want really flat belly with abs showing, you have to get on specific diet.

you need to think back and retrack what changes you made. DId you change your workouts or activity level? What did you change in your nutrition? This is the only way to bounce back out of this. When I hit plateu or suddenly some change occurs, that is what I do and have to go back with what worked for me. Good luck

5 hours, :drinker:
-
then you need to take closer look at your nutrition, your macros. It is 70% nutrition, 30% workouts what makes your body.
-
^^^^ agree with this. THat is what I do, is cheaper and has much less carbs. I will even drink whey protein just with water if my workout was not as intense, to keep cals and carbs down. I will ad stuff if I worked out twice or if I completely exhausted myself
-
Yea, let me know, I would definitely be interested
-
it definitely can be done, you just have to be patient and not give up. I have 6 children, I never gain much in my pregnancies though, but some of my kids are as close as 11 months, so to get my figure back definitely requiered a lots of discipline, it stil does. LOL. I wish you luck, if you need any tips, feel free to…

Here?????? Lol

I think you might have misunderstood the 3500 cals is one pound. Yes, it is, but you would have to be 3500 cal over your metabolic calorie intake ( after all of your activities ) in order to gain a pound. That what you gained is not in fat, it probably water weight and bloading which is acuring after we eat. Those 2,5…

I love mine and would do it all over again. It was so worth it. They look great, feel great. Just find a trustworthy doctor, get yourself consultedyou can decide what you want to do.
