Same here. 120- 133 lbs. Well, I'm 117 lbs and trying to gain 3 pounds, so I'm right on with my calculation

I'm on low carb diet. My max on carbs a day is 100 g, but most of the time I'm around 50 g. It is good for me and it worked. I'm even able to workout a lot. But, everybody is different, and there are people they don't like low carb diets. If you are losing weight and you like this diet, there is no reason for you to change

Fruit is not good for low carb diet, since it contains a lots of carbs and sugar. Apples are the worst. I'm a chronic low carb eater, working out about twice a day, combining insanity and p90x, no runner though. I think today were my carbs in the 20ies, and that is with wine. Lol. You kidding right? 16 hours fasts everyday? 24 hours twice a week? Did you personally tried to do some intense workouts without passing out? Definitely agree with this. Macros are much more important then calories. Get on low carb, high protein and fat ( healthy fat) and you will see wonders. You can ad me as well for diary. Good luck

No, you are not eating too much at once, that is what protein does. Fills you up. I always eat high protein diet and am barely hungry,, even with excessive workouts. And, it is very important for you to get enough protein to feed your muscle. Just experiment a little, you will see what works the best for you and your body…

Couldn't say it better. Once you start doing it for yourself, it will get easier. Also , our mind is trainable, so once you set your mind to what you want to accomplish, you will do it. We all have set backs, some days better then others, but the next day is brand new day. This is a life long journey

I always eat low carbs. It has to be under 100g a day, most of the times i stay around 60 g, depends on bow much I work out, so I dont crash. It works well for me, since low carbs, my BF is lower a n d lower

Maybe, just like you see what she eats, she can see what you eat and you could be an example of good eating habits. Maybe, one day when she don't feel good after eating all that unhealthy food she will come on her own and ask for help. Just maybe. But, it will be her time and her terms. :-(

I don't think that is something person recovering from ED wants to hear. There is no reason for anybody to gain that kind of weight, unless you have some kind of medical condition. You dont have to eat for 2, by gaining 100 lbs more likely for 10, no offense. I have 6 kids and the max i gained is 20 lbs

I have six children, i don't have ED though and I never gained that much. The most i gained was with my 6th child, but I was also older,37 years, and I gained 20 lbs. The least i gained was with my 3th, just 7 pounds, she was 6.4 lbs by birth. You just need to be healthy, good eating habits, not eating for 2, just a lots…
