  • I upped my calories and started seeing a loss as well. Your body needs to be fed to build muscle from workouts. I believe though if you do workout and calculate it in, you wouldn't count your extra workout calories.
  • I agree with everyone. I started following her plan exactly and could not do it! learned that my TDEE requires me to eat over 1400. Feel so much better. I'm on week three and have a 6 pound loss so far. Very happy with the program. Also, just to help on your journey, I found protein powder with a good carb to protein ratio…
  • I found out after months of serious dieting and exercising that I had medical issues that kept me from losing weight. I'm not saying that's the case here at all but just look at it this way: instead of being concerned about the weight not coming off when you diet, ask yourself what does it hurt to eat healthy and exercise?…
  • Shakeology might be a good choice, but I would look into Idealshape shakes. They taste great and are also gluten free. The cost effectiveness is better with Idealshape too.
  • I just started P90X on Thursday and I LOVE it. I am not currently following the diet plan, but I am eating healthy and plan to try to incorporate it into my diet as I go. I would love to have someone keep me accountable and talk to about it, I'm really excited about it. I do have a two year old though and a full time job…
  • You look great! My husband and I started today, week 1 day 1! Seeing your results only 30 days in is really motivating. Keep it up. We can't wait to see your end result.
  • I'm new to this website as well and have no one to keep me motivated! It seems nearly everyone in my life thinks they're being nice by making excuses for me, or giving me reasons as to why I can "splurge" constantly. I need help! I'm 24 and would be happy to have some friends around my age that understand. Add me!
