Ran 3 miles at a sub 9 min mile pace. 8.48 to be exact. My fastest time EVER. When i first started running in April I was barely able to get through 2 miles at a 14 min mile pace.

That NOT moving will start to hurt your body! I ended up taking an inadvertent break from running (vacation, illness, just being busy) and I woke up one night in discomfort because my hips and back just felt achy and weird and slightly tight. Went for a run the next day and BAM no pain and slept like a baby!

awwww thats lovely and yes! The anxiety of seeing little kids (especially Teenagers!!!) was real!!! I'm still afraid they're going to make fun of me for something but at least its not as easy of a target to call me fat!

That is an interesting perspective. Maintenance is something I've been waiting for for a long time but now it seems like it's not a goal anymore. Maybe need to focus on training for something!

Dude! I get it, I literally JUST reached my Ultimate goal recently too. I originally aimed for 142 and then i hit that and went to 135 now that I'm here I'm like... well maybe i should move that to 123? Not sure why i am doing that to myself either...

Oh man, i am waiting very impatiently for the day when junk food doesn't feel like a treat to me. I eat less of it now for sure and i do feel so much better when i don't but its SUCH a mental hurdle for me to not feel like i'm depriving myself when i don't eat crap.

Looked at my resting heart rate and was shocked at how much it’s come down this past year. The left was february if this year and the right is this week.

Well i didn't quite just eat "whatever" i mostly just mean that I didn't restrict or cut any foods completely out of my rotation. Got my hair done yesterday. I used to DREAD getting my hair done because of all the time you have to sit in front of a mirror! I didn’t hate it this time, the stylist even asked me if she could take a picture of my hair for her insta and I said yes!

Oh it’s definitely been hard, mostly finding time to workout, even finding 30 mins to squeeze in a run is tough with two kids under 4 and a full time job but I somehow managed it! It was tough but I’m so glad I finally started making myself a priority.

I don't know it. Maybe i should look in to that. I know my local grocery store has a machine that like runs a pulse through your body but I'm not sure how accurate those are. You're right, body fat percentage is probably a better metric to go off of
