I'm have great success with making coffee at home with an old school percolator and adding Torani sugar free flavoring syrup in the coffee. My current favorite is chocolate but this company has MANY flavors www.torani.com

I agree ^^^ friends help keep me accountable. basically I must want to fit into my jeans or I want to eat the chocolate bar...choice is yours the exercise helps me to make the right choice everyday.

I like eggs cooked with egg whites also. I will use coconut oil or olive oil in a very hot pan.

I like it and I like coconut milk ( vanilla unsweetened ) too I also like cooking with coconut oil. I keep in in the fridge in a jar and have to chip it out to use it. Very clean I did not abandon regular dairy though... I keep both

My twins ( identical ) are all grown up now...but I nursed them both at the same time. I had heard that weight loss would happen with lightening speed but that was not my experience. You will need to keep up with your liquid intake as I'm sure you already know. Good Luck and welcome to the wold of multiples:happy: :happy:

I totally agree.. I trained this way for my first 5K. It took a while to be able to run the entire 5k distance on a treadmill first...slow and steady allowed it to happen concentrate on breathing. good luck and have fun

keep at it..the weight will move. don't give up. are you drinking the water?? Are you sleeping enough? It takes longer sometimes then the weight will start to go down ;)

don't take the ring off even if your finger swells... wear gloves designed for lifting ( finger tips open ) to help grip when you use machines or free weights or even cardio machines...I agree with others who suggested drinking more water ..congrats!!LOL watch sports drinks loaded with sodium

yea this work great just be careful not to let the freezer zip lock bag hang over the edge of the pan of boiling water..I made that mistake ugh. When using a pan it is important to get the pan very hot add tiny bit of oil then the eggs all whipped up. Keeps 'em from sticking to the pan
