I would not think that "when" you drink the water is important. You could drink water before you leave to go to work ( go to restroom when you arrive ) drink just before lunch ( go at lunch ) drink just before you go home ( go at home ) I work in a dental office and cannot always "go " when I must....I feel your pain. good…

no one is paying attention to what YOU drink. others only care about what THEY drink stick with club soda or diet drinks and don't tell ANYONE that you are not drinking

you can eat them back but in my experience that causes weight loss to stall to a stop:grumble:

you can try rubbing a small amount of butter or margarine on the top of one paw she might lick it off and that will help pass a hair ball...

you have overcome the hardest part ( not smoking ) the rest will be much easier by comparison well done

Is it possible to run the other direction? I agree that perhaps you should have documentation of their treatment of you if it persists. Your real challenge will of course be on the day that they need your help with some neighborly assistance. That day will come.

I have a HRM too my problem is that it shows too few calories burned after what feels like a lot of exercise...LOL mine is new only 3 weeks old seems to work fine at finding my heart.
-
it can be frozen if you want
-
Yes I agree with ^^^^^ It totally make s sense that is too many calories are consumed and not offset by too many exercise calories burned then the reult will be no weight lost. All of us will have a variation in our BMI so we must all by trial determine what that individual number is. thanks

I work out with the Insanity DVD's and wear a HRM also. It is a very individual process in part because of the EFFORT one puts into the workout, the age of the individual, and the weight/fitness level. If using a guess, then I would suggests choosing a low calorie burn guess I learned this by experience LOL

it cannot hurt to try thanks

North Central Texas I've been shopping at Aldi for over a year. The items there are very good and great prices!! I rarely shop anywhere else. When I do it is because I need something that Aldo doesn't stock. The store is small and saves me time and aggravation.

Let's not forget good ole Spaghetti Squash. bake cut side down in a shallow pan with a tiny bit of water till it can be pierced with a fork. shred the squash gently with a large fork and waaaa laaaa you have spaghetti...top however you like
