  • im taking all this advice in myself. i dont go to the gym but i have a treadmill at home and i do pilates and walk ALOT. anyway after the treadmill im crazy hungry and i drink water a tall glass and i seem to be ok,on some days but not all theres days i could eat everything i lay my eyes on. im gonna try the bars and see…
