Make sure you are drinking plenty of water!!! I lost 5 lbs in 3 days and then gained half of it back over the weekend. Realized that I had hardly no water intake. I have been super conscious of my water intake since and seem to be back on the right track. Hang in there. We all have ups and downs and you will get past…

This has become my new facebook!!! Tons of positive attitudes and someone to pick you up if you feel down. Everyone trying to reach the same kinds of goals. I love it here. Anyone feel free to add me. I log on daily.

Thank you. I am having the worst time figuring out how to log exercises. It seems the only thing I can find is tae bo, walking, and running. I did manage to find circuit training under cardio. I need a how to manual. LOL

YES!!! That is exactly me! l log everything. I was like 1100 calories over for the day and before I started, I never would have thought twice about what I ate that day. I don't get mad at myself. I just count it as a lesson learned and use it to make better choices the next time. I love these posts on MFP because it shows…

Be proud of all the hard work you have done and how amazing you look. I started at 25 lbs heavier than you did. I only hope my body looks like yours when I get to…

Everyone is giving you great advice. I have days that I go way over. I just start fresh the next day. So what? I am doing better than I was before I started this. As you become aware of how many calories are in certain foods, you will begin to ask yourself.... do I REALLY want that? Do I want to waste that many of my…

I like the idea of setting it up midnight to midnight. That never even occurred to me.

I am nowhere near skinny fat. I am way overweight but I have a suggestion to get you started on exercise. We started with the Leslie Sansone "Walk at Home" videos. It helped me start toning up and really put me in the mood to get back into exercising. We worked our way up and we now currently use the Billy Blanks Tae Bo…
I can say though that even with the scale sitting still now, I have seen a drop in my inches in the past week. 3 on my waist and 2 on my hips. I think I'm going to make this a weekly thing as well now. It's going to be tough at first but I gotta train my brain haha
I feel that inches are a better guage…

I work 6p to 6a. I have only been on MFP for two weeks but I have been logging all of my foods by normal hours. Anything after midnight goes onto the next days calories. I think all in all, as long as you are consistent, it all balances out.
