I LOVE my MFP friends and all the information is so helpful. It is nice to have a group to support you. People that know and understand your fight. People that understand how big of a victory it is when you resist temptation. I too am so glad that I found MFP.

I have often wondered that myself. Working nights leaves us up for many more hours at a time than most and man, sometimes I get hungry when I have been up for 20 plus hours.

I let MFP set mine. I want to lose the recommended amount per week. I started at 242 lbs. I was getting over 1700 calories per day. Now that I am down to 205, I get 1570 a day. I am 5'7.5" Hope this helps you.

I am grateful that I have a job and a home. Some people aren't so lucky. I am grateful for my children and my boyfriend.

I have gotten to the point where I actually crave water. I think it makes a world of difference in how I feel when I drink more water.

I put mine into a ponytail and the last time I pull it through the hair tie, I don't pull it all the way through so that it has a loop at the end.

I have the Polar ft7. It has the strap and the watch. I got it at Best Buy. Paid $100 which is higher than all of my MFP friends have paid. most of them got theirs for around $85 but I was impatient and didn't want to order online. Went directly to the store to get mine. Love it and would highly recommend it.

Polar FT7. paid $100 at Best Buy but you can order it online cheaper. I was just too impatient to wait for it to come in the mail. It was recommended by my MFP friends and I LOVE IT!!!!!

When there was a breeze, it was like a hairdryer in your face. Definitely made it hard to do anything outside!

That explains it! I know when I was in Egypt it got to 130 F HOOOOTTT!!!!
