I keep track of my measurements too. When I am not seeing much movement on the scale, I usually find that I am still losing inches. That helps keep my motivation up. Good luck. You will get this!!!

I started with the Leslie Sansone walk at home videos. As they got easier, I moved up to Billy Blanks tae bo and Jillian Michaels videos.

Then we moved on to Billy Blanks and Jillian Michaels. As our endurance progressed, we bumped our workouts up to continue to push us.…

I am extremely self conscious about wearing a bathing suit, but I refuse to let my boys suffer because of my insecurities. I just grin and bear it until I get to the water and then I am fine once I am in. The things mothers do for their babies. I would love to be a full C!! From DD/DDD I lose and gain weight proportionally so even when I lose weight, my breasts are still big. :(

I get off at 6a too. I usually eat a bowl of cereal or oatmeal somewhere between 4a and 5a. Holds me over long enough that I can go to sleep with no problems and I haven't eaten JUST before getting into bed.

Take measurements of yourself so that you can also see if you are building muscle. Sometimes you don't show weightloss because the fat is changing to muscle. Good luck on your journey!

Burpees, mountain climbers, and jumping jacks. I swear, Jillian Michaels picks all the exercises that I despise!!!!! LOL
