Unless it's a treadmill, nope.

I'd have to agree with one of the posters above, the aim of the game is to run without thinking about it too much. Your form and pace should become automatic to a greater extent, and you can concentrate on other things, be it music, or listening to your own heartbeat and breathing and footfall (which is pretty hypnotic…

Pretty good Adonis, but more O face next time, kay? . . . . . . Seriously though, 400 lbs. Nice.

Nope, but I'm pretty sure I've looked similar whilst lifting or really wailing on the heavy bag.

Eh cardosium? Dublin is in Ireland, not England. And due to historical reasons most Irish don't like being called English. Also, medical recommendations for women are up to 11 units per week, which would be 5.5 pints of Guinness, so no-one here is being reckless in their drinking, ok? You're entitled to an opinion, but…

Take it from a fellow Dub who knows the joy of a pint o' plain: yes, you can drink and still lose weight, I have. Does it slow your progress? Probably. Is that a reason to stop drinking altogether? Nope. Weight loss, imho, should be done on a sustainable basis. If you couldn't live with a change forever, then why make it?…

Firstly, moderate coffee drinking doesn't dehydrate: http://www.runnersworld.com/drinks-hydration/study-moderate-caffeine-intake-doesnt-lead-to-dehydration In terms of advice OP, your diary looks pretty decent, but it's impossible to know whether your calories are set properly without more detail. A woman gets on a bus with her baby, and the bus driver looks at them and says: ''Jesus, that's the ugliest baby I've ever seen!'' The woman walks to the rear of the bus and sits down, fuming. She turns to a man next to her and says: ''That driver just insulted me!'' The man says: ''You go back up there and tell him off!…

At your age, weight, and at sub 10% body fat? You're done mate. I'd advise going into maintenance & emphasising your strength training if you want to continue changing your body shape. However you sound like you might also be concerned about your attitude towards your body, in which case you should discuss it with your…

OP @ 300 lbs you're more likely to have burnt the higher amount than the lower one. Did the C25k app have you input your weight, as it's a serious variable to what you burn. I'd recommend eating back 50-75% of your burned calories to allow for any errors in calculation.
