Logging your food is the best way to lose weight. It helps you become more aware of all the excess calories you usually eat and how to eat healthier. Plus if you follow along with your recommended calorie intake plan it makes losing the weight so much more easy. Also find an activity that you enjoy to keep you active!

I don't think a place like Wal-Mart would carry Quinoa, I could be wrong though. All the times I've seen it, it's been at places like Whole Foods and Henry's (health food/organic friendly type stores). I'm not a fan but it is good for you.

I like to use them in sauce when I'm making pasta with white clam sauce. It gives it a good flavor. Or just on plain crackers. I tried them on crackers with cream cheese one time too and that was good. Kinda cut down on the strong flavor. If you really dont want to throw them out then just man up and eat them! haha

I'm 5'8" and went from 156 to 131 but I think I want to aim for 125ish. I pretty much just want to lose a little more in my thighs and stomach and I'll be happy (although I already am!)
