I have heard that you don't have to do it all in one shot. If you can do some of those 10 minute work outs (I was using Netflix to do them in the mornings until they took them off). Also I get up and do Yoga at my desk during the day to wake me up. So several 5-10 minute sessions throughout the day should help. As your kid…

Well, I just pulled a muscle in my shoulder doing push-ups last week, so I kinda know how you feel. Usually I try to stretch the neck muscles as much as they'll let me. I take Advil for the pain and alternate hot and cold. And I avoid doing what it was that pulled it until it gets better. I'm not big on medication, so I…

When my son was young, he was Houdini. I had him on a leash just so I didn't lose him. We did lose him a couple of times when we didn't use one and it is completely nerve racking waiting to hear from a Park security guard to say they found your kid. You don't put your kids on a leash to be mean, you do it because you love…

Pale can be very pretty, not everyone tans well. Plus, the less sun you get, the younger you look. As long as you get enough to make your daily dose of Vitamin D, who needs a tan?

Since this article was on "Cracked.com" you really need to look at it as an attempt at humor, and not science.

About a month ago I ate half of an Apple Dumpling from Cracker Barrel. When I looked the calories up at home it was 1700 calories for the half I ate. No way to work that off all at once, just had to behave myself for awhile.

The "hungry" feeling hasn't really gone away, but I can't eat nearly the same amount of food that I used to eat in one sitting. So I think that as long as I keep to low calorie dense foods, I am okay.

My MIL is allergic to soy, so she taught me to cook everything from scratch. Thought I killed her the first time I cooked for her because I used Margarine instead of butter.

College fall/spring festival (don't remember which one) bunjee jumping and doing a flip. I am also scared of heights so this was a big deal for me. The picture is of me when I was at the weight I'm trying to get back to.

I had always been underweight and never had to worry about how much I ate. I had a superfast metabolism so that I had to eat a lot so I didn't get sick. Then, I had three kids in 4 years and then got divorced. Spent a lot of time watching TV because it's easier than trying to cart three babies around to do stuff. Then I…

A lot of the stuff kids do involve lifting weight in some form or another while playing. Just doing chores (carrying laundry, groceries) is lifting in some form. Just keep in light, enough that they are comfortable with the weight and not straining.

I sprained my ankle in Jan. and was told to try arm punches. Jillian Michaels uses them. Try looking those up. You could also try swimming. I found I could ride a stationary bike if I kept my sprained ankle braced and did most of the work with my good leg.

I have a salicylate intollerance and I notice that when I eat certain foods (mostly tomato sauce) I will break out afterward. I don't just break out on my face though, I break out everywhere. So food can affect your skin condition.

Caffiene withdrawal is hard. I had given up everything but chocolate by the time I was 18. I finally gave up chocolate to help with PMS and I still got headaches for a month. Try weaning yourself off. Just be aware that the cravings never really go away. I get headaches when I have caffiene now, so I really don't want it.…
