It is good to change up cardio and work different muscles. I run about 3 times a week and use the eliptical and take spinning classes. I have been taking Spinning Classes. Swimming Laps is a great cardio workout also.

This morning I did weights (shoulders & bi-ceps) for 40 min. Then I hit the treadmill for 4 miles and did the stairmaster for 20 min. My goal was burn about 700 calories doing cardio. Has anyone found a good website for estimated how many calories you burn lifting weights?

It is probably normal. You could give it a few weeks for your body to adjust. You can always call and talk to the On-Call nurse with your concerns that way you don't have to make an appointment.

That is what I am doing. However, you may need to adjust your goals. I initially made the mistake of putting my daily activity as very active. Which meant I was consuming 500 more calories a day than I should be. Maybe you should add more cardio exercises to your workout routine. Double check your goals just in case.

David, Do you consume 2150 plus your "bonus Calories"? If so that could be the issue.

Don't you think that eating the Bonus Calories from excersice can somewhat defeat the purpose of buring those calories? It seems like it would cancel each other out and therefore you would stay the same. Thoughts??
