I've dropped from a C to a B so far, although my bra is starting to fit a little loose again. I love it though! Much less irritating for running and cardio classes, lol

Hi Sara! I had a look at your profile - amazing progress so far, well done! We have very similar goals, I'm also striving for an athletic figure with a 130lbs goal weight. I enjoy running and cycling and am training for my first marathon this October. Welcome to mfp! Sent you a friend request - I love having friends with…

My favourite snack is greek yoghurt with agave, a little granola and/or fruit. This website is brilliant for healthier, homemade dessert/snack recipes: http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com

I've been vegetarian for all 18 years of my life so can't comment on the change from eating meat to not, however I find that I am constantly hungry if I'm eating too little protein and too much carbs. Try including more protein in your meals and you should start to feel fuller for longer :)

Hi, I'm 18 and in my first year at uni. I'm 5'6" and don't have much left to lose but I love to motivate people - feel free to add me!

I'm 5ft6, currently 135lbs with a current goal of 130lbs and an ultimate goal of 126lbs. I was 126lbs a few years ago and would definitely go no lower than that - I start to look a bit too bony.

Hello :) I've also been vegetarian for my whole life, my parents stopped eating meat a few years before I was born and I was brought up the same way. I've always been pretty healthy, the majority of what I eat is cooked from scratch so I know exactly what I'm eating. Similar to dancingonstar, I'd never tracked protein…

You could try Bridge to 10K? I can't vouch for it myself but have heard good things about it from friends in exactly the same position as you.

Hello! I'm Sinead and I'm 18 years old. Came back to MFP to help me in loosing about a stone alongside training for a marathon. Eggs - scrambled, boiled, poached etc. Make a big frittata or omelet then divide into portions and microwave for a quick/easy breakfast. You could try some low-fat yoghurt with fruit, berries, nuts or flax seed. There are plenty of recipes all over the internet for low fat/carb breakfast muffins if you like that. My…

I haven't done the videos but I have been doing body pump classes 3 times a week for a year at my local gym. A year on, I look and feel so much stronger. My advice - stick with it! In my experience, it took about 3 months of classes to notice a massive difference in how I looked.
