Yep, whenever it's warm enough (which is not really that often in England, but the weather's been great the last few weeks). The less clothes, the better. Much more comfortable! My only issue is that I now have sports bra shaped tan lines :grumble:

Me too! I can't go anywhere near it. Also small spaces, robots, people in costumes (think Disneyland), fish - alive or dead and broken bones. My brother broke his wrist 2 years ago, I refused to spend any time with him until he had his cast taken off :embarassed:

I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch everyday until I get so bored with it that I have to change. Hey, I'm almost 19 (in a couple of days) and I run quite a lot. I remember when I first started, it felt as if I was killing myself with every step, lol :P It does get better! Then you might start doing crazy things like signing up for marathons like I did (help!) Added you :)

There's a lady at the gym I go to who's always trying to recruit people for market research. I only see her once a week (I only go during the day on a Wednesday), but she asks me every time. I wouldn't mind but it's a bit hard to think about market research when you're doing HIIT...

I have MFP set to lightly active with a goal of losing 1 pound a week and eat back around half of my exercise calories :)

I'm 5'6 and have lost 10 pounds, going from a healthy weight of 144 pounds to 134 pounds currently. It's not easy and it seems to come off very slowly, so don't get disheartened when you don't lose as quickly as MFP predicts. Good luck!
