Are you guys sure the meaning of life is not in the can of Whipped Cream? ..Part of me wants to think it is :-P Also, any ideas on how to include nuts in my diet without getting carried away on the snacking? Ohhhh mann.. what you would think if I told you about my binges!! Don't feel bad! Look at it this way-- You didn't over-do it enough to gain any weight, you just didn't create as big of deficit for one day.. get back on track tomorrow and you'll be fine!

Thanks so much! I feel like I have some strategies now :-) ..definitely the putting the jar away after I measure a portion and leaving the kitchen should help.
