  • I've always been told eating small meals every 2hrs will speed up your metabolism. IDK if it's true or not, but it's what I do. I do 200-300calorie meals/snacks every 2 hours - 6 times a day. I never go below 1200 calories total a day, and I never go above 1500.

  • I work 10p to 7am. On average, I wake up at 2pm, eat a small meal shortly after. Then every 2 hours after that initial meal I eat something small.
