  • Remember that Protein is a macro-nutrient along with Lipids and carbs. All excess macro-nutrients are stored by the body as fat if you do not use them. Cut sugars (if you have any), avoid chemical sweetners, your body doesn't know what to do with them. Increase your vegetable and fiber intake.
