Suggestion...try the clearance racks. This time of year you should be able to find some items marked down. That way you haven't spent a ton on clothes you won't be in that long. I just got a pair of pants at Walmart for $5. If I wear them a couple of times I've gotten my moneys worth!

Kalamazoo here...Yeah it's cold. I workout indoors this time of year. Cold air tends to bother my asthma, so DVDs and Zumba classes keep me active. Once it gets above 50 degrees I want to start C25K. Hate running on the treadmill.

I measure at my belly button so I know I'm measuring in the same place every time. I do same thing with my thigh. I have a birthmark on my mid-thigh, so that is the landmark I use for consistency.

I'm celebrating the fact that I chose healthier snacks today (carrots w/light ranch and almonds) even with Oreos being in the house. Then....after exercise found I could "afford" a few Oreos after all. :laugh:

I thought I was the only one who used this :wink:. I really like it too. I have both flavors. I mix it with lots of things and I have put it in oatmeal too. If you go to their website, there's a $2 off coupon.

Eggland's Best sells hard boiled eggs in a recloseable baggie that are already cooked and peeled. A little more expensive, but every easy to add to a salad or eat right out of the bag. I like to make deviled eggs. Take the calorie count up to a whopping 110.
