Water, milk, coffee. Never at the same time but those are my staples. A little chocolate protein powder and coffee mixed together equals a better for me "frappe" than stopping by McDonalds (though I do give in every once in a while).

SW: 181.4 CW: 179.8 GW: 166.4 Stepping it up this upcoming week. Boyfriend's b-day is next Saturday, so planning on burning a bit more calories to allow for a nice meal.

OMG-I was just thinking this yesterday as I was freezing in my office. The high was a whopping 50 degrees yesterday and I resorted to a packet of hot chocolate. Best 80 calories EVER!! I see a lot of tea and room temperature water being consumed until May!

Yesterday I was 184.0 and today I weighed in at 182.4. I blame it on water weight as I had a few meals out this past week. Drank a lot of water Friday night and all of yesterday. Guess I'm flushing out all that excess.

Totally slacking for a few days but back on track. Last nigt went to a Zumba party. Two hours of non-stop sweat. Only sat out for 1 song and probably could have done that too, but nature was calling. 945 calories burned! Calories burned: 1673 Calories to go: 827
