I like Zumba too and found some great instructors. Have been doing a lot of walking with my guy. We used this time to get our exercise and catch up at the end of the day. Need to start doing more running though!

you look fabulous! Congrats on all your hard work.

You look fantastic!! Keep up the great work.

I've worn my HRM for my last 3 Zumba classes and have burned about 500 +/- each time.

Congrats and here's to many more milestones!

I was able to view it. Might have been me, if so I'm sorry. I looked back a week and other than last Tuesday, things look pretty good fat-wise. If you go over a little, it's not bad. I agree with another poster that not all fat is created equal. Fat from your tuna or chicken breast is better than a doughnut or candy bar.

If you open your diary, it might be easier for people to offer help.

3-5lbs seems to be the norm. Damn you "Aunt Flo"!! .

Love this!!

You look great, keep it up because it's obviously working!!

Today I bought gas and it was $3.67. When I started driving, it was about $0.90! Used to get mad if I had to pay over a $1. I'm only 35, but those prices make me so OLD.

Very interested to see the answers for this too, as I'm running my 1st 5K in 3 weeks.

I'm in Kalamazoo, hence my screen name. I have about 25-30lbs to lose. Running my 1st 5K 3 weeks from today!! Feel free to add me. Good luck.

Congrats on the 4 months of no smoking. That is awesome!! You're aIso becoming a runner, which is also something to be proud of. The weight will come off. Keep it up.

I work for a health insurance company and in the last week have seen the medical records of two of these kids. One last week was 10 years old and weighs 45 lbs more than my 14 yr-old did at his sports physical last month. This kid also had high triglycerides. The other one I just saw today. A 16 yr old whose LDL number is…

I don't eat them exclusively, but I don't think there is anything wrong with them. It sure beats (calorie wise and pricewise) eating out. I'm by no means a gourmet chef, but there are plenty of easy and quick meals you can make. Chicken can be prepared a number of ways or use a slow-cooker and let that do all the work for…

Great job! Keep that up and you'll meet your goals. I had a similar experience with Taco Bell last week. Have been wanting to try that taco made with a Dorito shell (I know it's not healthy in the least, but I just wanted to try it out). As I was leaving the grocery store, I have to pass by Taco Bell on the way home. I…

This sounds amazing and quick!! Got to love that when you're trying to get out the door in the morning, especially those of us with kids. Thanks for the suggestion.

I keep packets of instant oatmeal at my desk. Also, I have these Nabisco Belvita breakfast biscuits (4 in a serving). That plus a container of yogurt and I'm good.
-
I want out of the 180s too!!! I got on the scale this morning and was 180.4!! Hopefully this time next week I'll be where you are now. Congrats and have a great weekend, you deserve it.

Can't wait to go to Zumba tonight!! This will be my fist class since I bought my HRM. I was logging it under dancing-general.

Day 9 is complete. Feeling pretty good and I think I saw a shoulder muscle!!
-
Felt like crap all day yesterday. Did not work out but made sure to keep calories in check. Will be back at it after work.
-
Great job!!! Keep it up.

Thought I'd give level 2 a try today. Umm...think I'll stick to level 1 a few more days. I tried my best but don't think I'm quite up to it yet. ruelman - I weighed in this morning (since I took my measurements and weight last Monday morning) and down 1.8lbs! Hope you have good results too.

Yay is right!! That's fantastic. I have a certain pair of pants that are my goal. Can't wait to get back into them. Keep it up.

No 30DS for me today. I did a 2.5 mile walk with my boyfriend, which included a pretty steep hill in the middle of the route. According to my HRM, the calories burned was actually pretty close to the same. I will be back to 30DS tomorrow and I HAVE to start C25K immediately!! I just signed up for a 5K that is in 39 days!!…
