  • I tried actually just doing three meals a day. Realizing that after maybe two weeks I was not losing any weight and I was going to the gym 6 days a week. Now I eat about 6 times a day.   • I tried to give up on bread... but that did not last very long. I try to just eat something small in the morning that way I am not craving it through out the day.. Just keep drinking water . I tend to do that when I am feeling an urge coming on . Hope that helps.
