that's interesting. I never really paid attention to fat intakes etc, rather i only bothered paying attention to the overall calorie intake. thanks for the tips!

I just love food, and also my lack of self control at times :/ sometimes i even go overboard by 300+ calories in a day which i feel crap about, but what's done is done. I just have to slowly change I guess.

Yeah it seems that everybody does things differently. i was just unsure since i heard that running without breakfast first means that energy will come from msucle rather than fat! so i freaked out a little, and plus if i'm empty stomached, i feel really weak, especially since i do about 50 mins to an hour, so i guess I'll…
