It was meh. The songs felt forced. The story only so-so. I was disappointed. I didn't hate but definitely didn't love.

Today I'm a nerd-mom because I downloaded and printed the handbook for Pokémon the card game just so I can learn it and play with my son. He's been BEGGING me to play so we tried yesterday and I got into it. So today I took the time to find the manual (he lost all of his) and tonight we battle!!

A Shine by Misfit. Good underwater and can be worn on your shoe or wrist or clipped into your waist band.

^^ THIS I'm there to sweat and I don't go out of my way to be rude BUT I'm not there to smile or socialize either. I'm there to work so I tend to get in the zone and block it all out. It's nothing personal.

50 miles for me. As of today, 6/17 I'm up to 34.4 miles, 29 of those running.

Was over 200 when I started running. I took extra care to be good to my body after running and sooner or later it got easier. I say go with what it comfortable to you. Start with intervals of walking and running and go from there.

Ok anyone else dream of sand in their eye after watching this? We split the two episodes because it was late when we started this one. So I went to bed on a cliff hanger. We loved Doctor River Song's introduction although I about had a heart attack when my husband was like "Who is that?" all innocent. I almost paused the…

It'll be a 5 mile hilly run with a running group.

Ahhh we just watched this last night for the first time. I held off on watching Doctor Who with Matt Smith as the Doctor so that my husband and I could watch it together, both for the first time. I had already seen Doctors number 9 and 10 before him so this is "our" Doctor. I had mixed feelings about seeing the angels…

I run Tues/Thurs in the evenings and Saturday in the morning. On Saturday I run before I eat or drink anything. I feel lighter and more comfortable running with less on my tummy.

Everyone has to start somewhere. I started in 2011 with a 5k time of 41 minutes. Now I can run it in 32.

We've been TTC for a year now. In the mean time I'm trying to get in the best shape possible.

Big congrats on your progress!!! You look great!

5'9" SW: 205 CW: 196 GW: 170 I've been under 170 but I looked sickly. I've very broad shouldered, big hipped with an itty bitty waist. Totally hourglass so too low and I just look like a stick with books and a butt.

I think it sounds doable, especially for an early schedule. I'm in the mindset that if it works for you then do it! Doesn't matter what works for others, you just have to do right by you. Good luck!

We do on occasion. Even if we don't lift together we go to the gym together and will talk or check in with each other in between sets. Sometimes just a smile or a thumbs up gives a nice boost. We call them Gym Dates. But I run mostly and he's mostly lifting so Gym Dates aren't the usual. He'll run a race with me here or…

Zumba was where I started oh so many years ago. Loved it then and when I want a fun time I'll go again. It definitely kicked off my healthy life style.

I'd consider myself motivated and with an open diary. And pretty active too.

Check out a running store near you, if you have one. Target and other department stores won't have the real heavy duty booby holders us breasted women need. I can't remember the name of mine but I got it at my running shop (Snails Pace) and they hold those suckers in like magic. I'm only a 36-38 DD but they flop when they…

As sh!tty as I feel (PMDD mixed with endo) I make sure I do something whether it's simply walking 2 miles or running 5 or hitting the gym, I do workout because if I don't, I'll make excuses NOT to workout when TOM is gone.

Consistency. I struggle to stay consistent with any routine I create. I seem to do well the first 6 weeks then lose interest. But I've learned this about myself and now I plan ahead for that 6th week slump.

If it fits those macros, why worry...

Early twenties. Noticed them while in college. It sucked but I'm blessed. By my age my mom was fully grey so it could be worse.

Wow, reading this brought back memories. I hit 5'8" with a size 11 shoe by 8th grade and was taller than most of the guys I went to school with. I never felt dainty either and still don't. I have curves and hips and strong thighs. I think it's more of a mental thing than a weight thing. If you are strong and healthy, don't…
