    I am a new older runner but I ran 20 miles in May and also had a vacation in there. I have run 15 in June with another short vacation so I will say I can def. do 10 more which will make 25 my goal.

    6/20: 34.2 miles running, 41.1 miles total with walking.

    6/23: 44.4 miles running, 51.3 total with walking.

    This weekend I ran my first 10 miler! I did it in 2:14.08. Not bad for a first time and with hills along the route!

    Did my hill run this morning - I use this run to determine my improvement. I last ran the hill 14 days ago. I improved my time by 29 seconds, and 28 of those were on the front end of my run which is all uphill! Very happy with the improvements I am seeing. So 2.6 miles done so far today.
