    Im very happy that I have taken this personal challenge, Without this I wouldnt given myself lots of reasons to quit many times, lol
    Its just too hot to run in the summer, 97degrees! But since I committed to this challenge, I will run my 50 miles, no exceptions :) halfway finished!

    Unexpectedly, was able to get in a run this morning in the rolling hills east of San Diego... it was hot (!!) and very hilly, so not my best time, but it was my longest run in quite some time, so that feels good.

    Since I'm past goal already at half-way through the month, I think I'm going to up my goal to 25. I know I won't be able to get much running in (if any) this week, but I still think it's reasonable to think I can get another 7 in next week.
